The Tao te ching sais: Water is submissive but because of that it is stronger than anything else

During my exploration of the Taoist mountains in China with their temples and monks, one of these monks named Xiao Yao envisioned my name

Shui Nung Yun meaning water forms clouds/ vapor. This is the image of a transformation proces.

This transformation proces and water have fascinated me and lead me to make Mirror of Love and other installations which incorporate water. The project Vapor studies has the vapor aspect of water. Also my paintings Fluids have relations to the aspects of water. In my photo’s reflection in water became an important issue. From there my focus shifted to light or the absence of light in all it’s facets.

The environment is something i care about deeply. It means I try to create things which help people become more aware about the environment and the impact every individual has on it. In my life i try to pollute as less as possible but the opportunities are simply not there yet.

So i decided i have to create these possibilities for people. I created Universal Connection an installation with Solar panels. The vapor Studies made of organic cotton, green printed with recycled filling made locally. There is a lamp project what reuses paper shopping bags.and I want to start a non profit to offset CO2 locally to create jobs and better air.

Why I am an artist? If you could touch the secret of life who would not want to? At least an attempt, at least a glimps. Yes,to become life itself

  1. Great article and straight to the point. I don’t know if this is really the best place to ask but do you folks have any thoughts on where to hire some professional writers? Thank you 🙂

  2. I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is needed to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet smart so I’m not 100% sure. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

  3. I live in a beautiful place that use to be fliled with old growth woods Majestic Cedars, Old man Firs, Maples, Alders and so many more. So much of the trees have been cut down, only leaving a swath along the road ways, taking everything else. If one hikes into the mountains, the real truth reveals itself. It makes my heart ache with sorrow over this. I will hope and pray that we will all honor the Forests, not only this year, but all years.

  4. Aw, this was a very good post. Finding the time and actual effort to create a top notch article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and don’t seem to get anything done.

  5. A fascinating discussion is worth comment. I do believe that you need to publish more about this topic, it might not be a taboo matter but usually people don’t discuss such topics. To the next! All the best!!
